The ICONIC Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders through transformative, character-driven programs in sports, education, and mentorship. We serve youth in and around Katy, TX with one goal in mind: to equip the next generation with the tools, values, and role models they need to lead with integrity, resilience, and courage. 

The ICONIC Foundation empowers youth to become bold, resilient, and purpose-driven individuals who lead with integrity and impact their communities. 

We envision a world where every young person has the opportunity,  tools, role models, and support needed to grow into a confident, compassionate, and capable leader. 

Founded in 2025, the ICONIC Foundation began with a vision to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Inspired by a deep commitment to youth mentorship and community empowerment, our founders created a platform where character comes first — and leadership follows.

From our first baseball practice to our broader leadership workshops, every initiative we launch is driven by our belief in the power of mentorship, sport, and service.

ICONIC Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under IRC §501(c)(3) (EIN: 30-1446269). Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If any goods or services are provided in exchange for your gift, only the amount exceeding their fair-market value is deductible.
